an offer?
I have a chrome rear bumper that needs to be installed. It's from a 90 chev and it was on the truck when I bought it. I'm not willing to add any value to the truck, such as body work or tires. Tires are a personal choice anyways, I was planning on replacing the at's with more of the same but the new owner may want something more aggresive.
