Also when I dye interior parts I use 2-3 very thin coats. Dulicolor works pretty good or Marhyde. Duplicolor bedliner spray cans works good too and can be painted. (experiment with that) Headliner best to just have re-skinned.

thanks for the tip, I cleaned the door pannels twice with wax and grease remover and still had it peal so mabe I'll strip it and try that a couple more times, but the dash took the dye like nobodys business, the headliner I want something custom with built in overhead soncil to hide the CB and add a dome light for sure but it'll have to wait.
