Sorry to bring back the dead a bit... If a Chevelle / Camaro / Nova rotor will fit then you can put on a set of C3 Vette 11.75"x1.25" rotors & bearing hubs and use the truck D52 calipers on them. You would have to build a new caliper bracket though as the Vette caliper bracket is for a completely different caliper design that really sucks. Heavy, expensive and prone to sucking air.

Another option is to use a newer 6-lug floating rotor off of something like a 2000-up Tahoe on the truck drum brake hub with a fabricated caliper bracket.
