Embarrassingly enough, yes. Got carried away by what everybody else is doing. For the type of driving I'll be doing, the KISS principle will be just fine. When it comes to suspension, I just don't think I felt comfortable welding the Ifs in. I'm sure for me, it will be challengingly enough with the stock suspension! However, I have every kind of welding machine that I could ever want now, and I'll continue to practice on them for future projects.
