Welll after calling around for some sheetmetal I was not going to buy a 4x8 sheet for the little that I needed. I had another hood that I decided to cut for the sheet metal. I will use the sheet metal that was left over to fill in the tailgate handle and the pockets on the bed rail. I wasnt' sure if my welder would weld the sheet metal since i am running flux core wire. There was only one way to find out and that was to try. To my surprise it worked awesome. Here are a fex more pics of the progress.
