Go with a Vintage Air setup if you have the duckets. The blower, evap and heater core are all contained in a unit that tucks inside the dash so you can keep the comfort and shave your firewall. Complete they run about $1600, and the actuators are solenoids instead of the cable/vacuum setup from factory so installation is almost plug-&-play. Just a suggestion.
