Flips, if all else fails the command for quotes is pretty easy just a {QUOTE} and a {/QUOTE} only with the square brackets like [ and ] instead. If I actually used them it would have quoted an empty box....
Think of it as QUOTE on and /QUOTE off.

Once you get used to the html commands they are pretty easy as most of them make sense after you learn the rules.
