The transfer case you just got is a NP203. It's a full-time case that basically operates like a differential. I would honestly keep the drivetrain you have and just get conversion U-joints to use with the different yoke. That would be easier than a manual to automatic swap, IMO. Plus, I just like the 4 speeds.
