I did have my first budget buster. An unplanned expense occured when one of the dry rotted wranglers blew out the sidewall. Decided to go with a new set of Uniroyals. Gave it an old school feel.
I spent a few weeks looking for a 1971 truck tag on ebay and a few local tag collectors. Kansas allows you to run a tag from the year of the vehicle if it is over 25 years old. My 30 day temp tag was up so I ordered a personalized antique tag instead. Guess I am stuck with this paint scheme now.
