Yes ~ this was a Ranch truck somewhere in TEXAS , I was unable to find any shortbed L6 powered trucks in So. Cal., prolly they all got Hot Rodded years back .
I found it in Dallas , bought it and drove it home via those wonderful two lane blacktop roads it was made to run , I love touring America in my oldies , I do not own a modern car or truck .
As the mechanicals are somewhat suspect , it took me nearly a whole
case of oil to get it home but I'm working on sorting it out whilst continuing to drive , work and enjoy it very much ~ a typical GM product , it can be seriously neglected or abused and still be everything one ever wanted in a truck . that's why I'm a

The paint is actually rather weathered , I'm not sure what kinda wax they used but I wish I did ! . it looked terrific if suspect , as soon as that wax wore off , it looks like just another old truck .
I've only had it since August last year and already nearly 10,000 miles on it .
