I am still working on this. I had a little lull and got hung up on what to do about engine mounts. I was hung up on that for awhile. Can't use factory ones since my cross member is up 5" and forward almost 2". I picked up some trusty yj bushings and have elected to make my own. The floor is cut out of the cab and the engine is plunked down in there. I just need to position the engine on blocks, square it up and start taking some measurements........And it's people like you that keep me thinking I should not waste my time with 305 and just pickup an LS...... I will, but not yet, need to make sure the truck 'works'
