some of the trucks like this brown slant you picked up, and wish i had found one in that good of shape unmolested. you should find some sorta cool hood ornament for that slant. ive got 2 hood spears that was a dealer signature he did. ive got an early 50s chevy hood plane looking ornament that needs to be redone, ill ship it out to ya. i originally was going to start a hobby of collecting these as i find them, but that idea is long past. idk how it would look on the truck. i edited my other post with a pic of it.

Thank you very much for the offer of the ornament, I'm planning on leaving the hood the way it is, I don't think I could bring myself to drill a hole in a cherry hood. But I really do appreciate the offer!
