You can have your cake, but you can't eat it too. There are companies that will make your wheel, but none of them are what most would consider cheap. Take a look at this thread for some detailed insight on the topic-"My wheel idea for 20" steelies" I know you requested info on 18's but most of this will apply.

You mention wanting to make you truck "grab the corners" yet your plans are to run the "BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial". I feel that you have the right idea, but the wrong tire for the application. There are several wide tires on the market that would give you much better handling than a drag radial. If you like BFG, take a look at the KDW series.
