The 194 bulbs are a little brighter than the stock 161 general illumination bulbs in our trucks. These numbers are for incandescent bulbs. I would assume they are similar light output for the same numbered LED replacement bulb but they could be way different.

When it comes to those incandescent bulbs. When the lumens go up, so does the heat. Most likely you wont have a problem, but just something to beware off. LED should not have any heat problems.
