Remove the 3 screws from the top edge of the door frame. The screws are located directly underneath the red dots. Sorry for the bad picture....


Remove the old weather stripping starting at the red line and work your way to the back of the door frame. Half way back, just before the first curve, there is a small plastic clip that snaps into a hole that is designed to help hold the weather stripping up. Just pull weather stripping away and use a screwdriver to remove it. You can discard it since the new weather stripping comes with it pre-installed. You can continue to rip out the old weather stripping as far as you can down into the door. I was able to just grab and pull all of the old stripping right up and out from behind the edge of the door glass
