*Stick a paper clip in the tiny hole next to the key (the biggest one that will fit)
*with the key IN turn it to the accessory position (counter clockwise)
*push the paper clip in ( you should feel it depress the release pin)
*twist the key counter clockwise and pull outward to release key cylinder
*unscrew the chrome bezel, counter clockwise from the front of the dash, it may be tough and sometimes pliers are necessary so be carefull not to damage it. But hey they are cheap to replace and I have one of those I don't need too...
*switch and spacer are removed from behind the dash
