The drum is on the front spindle. I am going to turn both of them tomorrow to see what happens. Hopefully that will solve the problem. This has really got me stumped. If turning them doesn't work, I don't know what to do. The brake shoes and hardware look good and where they need to be. It is mind boggling why it turns freely one way but none the other. It's possible that the drum is warped that bad because I took the adjuster out and the drum turned fine. What do you think?
