Will the hub turn on the spindle? If so I cannot see what is holding it in place.
Confirm you have removed the wheel, then taken the dust cap off, removed the cotter pin and removed the nut on the end of the spindle?
I would also have removed the brake caliper before trying to remove the hub.
Confirm by hub you mean the assemble that has the brake disk attached to it?
