Just a small update, been all over the place with the truck. Getting close to the end seems to make the punch list grow - ALOT!!! Still working on the windsheild, going to try the precision gasket and 67-70 trim. Trying to get the timing set correctly, just replaced the rear brake shoes and drums, still need to finish color sanding the bed, and get the bedliner sprayed. This one's funny: found a major exhaust leak on the rear drivers side. Pulled the gasket, and found out that my dear old dad had the exhaust gasket lined up on the wrong hole!!
I guess that's what happens when I leave him un-supervised. Put a new gasket on CORRECTLY, and no more tick-tick-tick. Anyways, just wanted to keep those who are following up to speed. Tons of small things to do, but there is a small flicker of light at the end of the tunnel....
