It's drum backing plate to drum backing plate.
Not the flange that the backing plate mounts to.
I would try bolting on a bare rim and taking measurements off that to be sure.
Or bolt the backing plates back on to use the numbers I posted.
Also make sure the rearend is centered in the frame.
