Separating the new bedside outer from the inner, is as simple as drilling out spotwelds, and using a cutoff wheel, around the wheel well. If you really move slow, it might take all of 30 minutes.

I used undercoating sprayed on with an undercoating gun. I usually prefer the way it looks from a spray can, but on this blazer, I was trying for a more original (rough) look.
