Sounds like it is going to be one heck of a nice rig when it is done! I wish I had just a few of your new goodies in my truck! We definately need pictures, even some "before" shots!
Have you considered running 37's. CK5 board member (not sure if he is on this board too) IGOR, has a nice set up on 37's with 17" wheels. If I was running 3/4 ton or greater, it would be my choice. Here's a pic of his rig -
