The flat bed is Uber Cool! Agreed.

Today I finally finished wheel polishing.

Enough said on that topic.

So I got it off the jack stand and went for a drive. I took it over to my friends place (one of the body guys, he wet sanded and polished my paint) and he has a rock driveway. I noticed the reflexion of the paint and to me it looks like seeing the rocks through the water. Very cool...

Then I came back into town and saw this truck for sale. He bought it last year just like it is and is now selling it. Haven't talked to him yet to know why. Not really my style, but a cool truck. Lots of custom touches. The Sleepy Eye Salvage sign is pretty neat...

Then I rolled over to the train depot, which is a museum now, and they have a monument to Chief Sleepy Eye I used as a back drop. The grain elevator in the background is kinda neat too...

One item less on the Punch list:
fan/headlight wiring upgrade
adjust e-brake cable
horn
Cowl shims
Washer pump
finish exhaust/install closed loop O2 sensor
upholstory recovered
alignment
air cleaner
touch up paint under hood
stereo (eventually)
floor mats
Aim headlights
