Some parts painted....decided to use my original 70 engine and sell the other 350 I've been working on....the 70's engine is a 355 with rebuilt heads, edelbrock performer intake, and under 6k miles....plus I have the tranny and matching torque converter which all work well together.

Plus, I spent a lot of time grinding the casting flash off the block so it will paint up better...with a wuick wipe down it's ready for paint....still going to paint the other one so I can sell that one...

Here are a few parts I painted for it...my 7yr old helped on the fan/clutch



I picked up the air cleaner as a blem on ebay for $10 shipped...had to sand it down to get the scratches out of it...has a k&n "style" washable element. I think it looks good in black and will look good with black pulleys...

Note the fan used to be "chrome" and orange....I like this better
