One more idea if all else fails. Put a manual shift lever through the floor pan. Back in the day the old big trucks used this method and was referred to as a set of sticks. This would be the easiest & cheapest method I can think of to actuate the OD unit.

This is the way Advanced Adapters has it designed, but I think it would get to be a real pain when I want to split all gears (not that I would all the time, but what if
).
Thanks for the input! I'm thinking I'm going to try and go with the gear actuator method if I can find one. Luckily I work for a company that has a ton of semi's so maybe I can get one off an old rig.
