3 years ago I gave $3500 for a bare bones 64 Stepper similar to the one you are looking at. I felt I overpaid a bit but didn't want to let it get away. Mine has a 230 I6 (Not original) with a 3 on the tree and minimal rust but had been repainted several years ago. Other than a plywood bed the truck is pretty much the way it came from the factory.
