looks to have newer tires and wheels on it, but only 1 beauty ring. the body does look pretty good and it would be difficult to hide anything with that paint. I would have a good look at it. if it is as solid as it looks you will have to consider what you are willing to offer for it and what you want out of it. if you find something for around $3,000. I bet that you are still are going to have to to quite a bit of rust repair unless you get extremely lucky. add up the dollars what it would take for you to get it in the dhape that you want
