You can use the entire front end suspension and steering. You can do this by swapping everything including the crossmember, or just the control arms, spindles/brakes, and steering components to include the steering box. You can also get use the rear brakes if you swap to 5 lug axles. The key to all of these parts is they are much less expensive and more readily available at you local parts house.
