LOL, but a ball bearing, billet wheel turbo isn't? You need to consider the WHOLE cost to make the comparison...the turbo, oil feed and drain lines and fittings, wastegate, flanges, v-bands, mandrel bends, welding, coating of the hotside.
Intercooler, mounting, silicone hoses, aluminum charge pipe tubing, etc.

The cost might be closer than you think when you add it all up, espeically if you farm out some/all of the fabrication.
