Wow Brian that's a cool find. I've got no really good idea what this should fetch. I've seen used go for $50-100 though. As for the camper end, I suspect GM installed a "plug" for lack of a better word rather than leave bare wires on the trucks with factory installed camper harnesses - I have one here (somewhere!) that is intact with the plug and another that's cut but came with the plug: both look like that in the pic below. I agree though, installing an end to adapt to whatever camper you're using should be easy. I may try to rig a harness to have 12V plug on the end to allow a power source in the bed powered off an aux battery.
