I worked on the truck over the Thanksgiving weekend. I had been saving a bumper for it from a M1008 with the military tow shackles. I spent most of the day Saturday sanding it and painting, but still wasn't happy with the way it looked. Then it occurred to me to just cut holes in the stock chrome bumper. I think it turned out pretty good.
The bumper needs to be re-chromed eventually. I also need to find a set of shackles for it.
