Lines are available from Classic Tube: Stainless Steel for $80.00 or OEM for $45.00 Part # CTT1001 for a 1970 Pickup/Blazer 2wd with a TH-350. Or Part # CTT1002 for a 1971-75 Pickup/Blazer 2wd with a TH-350 or TH-400. According to all of the books I have looked at the lines are the same for a TH-350 and a TH-400. The linkages should be the same for both, or you could try Kugel Componets (not sure about spelling) for the shift linkage, someone had it on here not too long ago. I hope this helps.
