There are many, many chemical resistant coatings. One way would be to use a densifier/sealer. A densifier actually hardens and seals the surface. A cheaper one would be H&C Clearshield, this is frequently spec'd in back-of-house areas like food prep and janitor's closets. On the other end and higher cost would be the industrial epoxy floors.
