It might be time to let go. Has it crossed your mind that maybe someone on here already has a build thread on this truck and will not in any way say anthing about it beeing your old truck. I know ive read a few build threads that start off saying how they got lucky buying the truck by bugging the owner to sell it (score). Just keeping things real. It is what it is. If its meant to be it will come back but you have to let it be. Good luck!
