You can go to the GM Heritage Center website and download a Vehicle Information Kit for your truck at:

These kits contain loads of information about what was available in terms of factory options, drivetrains, and so on. Most of them contain at least a page or two with color availability charts showing what interior colors were available with the various exterior colors (both solid and two-tone combinations).
