Nah, the grease zirk in the steering arm/upper king pin cap should already have a grease zirk in it. Providing it is in good shape you just grease the block through that zirk. That zirk is a screw type and can easily be replaced if it needed. It will take a lot of grease, so have a fresh tube handy! Remember to use gasket material to both sides of the block when installing it to avoid king pin grease leaks.
