I have to repair a lot of driveshafts that have been maintained by professional mechanics.
Did you mark everything, is the bolt on yoke tight, are all of the clips in the ujoints, did you replace the straps on the pinion yoke, does the pinion yoke still have the locating tabs.

I can probably assume you used house/precision ujoints.. check for excessive endplay and you may even be able to twist them by hand. Good news you can take them back (lifetime warranty LMAO) and get some spicer or neapco joints.
