No problem. 245/50-20's are 29.6 and 45-20's are 28.7 tall. I think some people do or did run 225/70-16's on dually's, these work out to be about the same overall diameter.

Both sizes are made by Falken, and run $140 - 165 depending on where you shop.

I run 215/35-16's on a 9.5" wide wheel on my GTI, so going the other direction doesn't scare me. Having said that, though, a balloned-out sidewall might cause a problem if you were running four wide tires on the rear.

Which is kinda why I'd like to get some input from buddy selling the wheels.
