You can buy grommet kits at your local auto parts store in their 'Help!' section. Usually they only have the assortment packages so you might have to buy two to get the bigger grommets. Or, another option is to make your own using small vacuum line. Just cut a 1-2" section, split it lengthwise, and face the two ends together out of site facing towards the bottom of the hole.
