I don't care much for what you have -- had similar on my half-ton and sold them on CL for $150 -- and I don't think you're going to find a lot of five-spoke wheels that will fit on a C-20.
As someone else posted, the baby moons probably won't work but you might be able to get a similar look with steelies, dog dish caps and beauty rings.
But I didn't want to be totally negative so I did some digging around and found these on ebay. That will at least get you in the ballpark of what I think you're looking for.
Regardless of your choice in wheels, stay with the blackwalls. Whitewalls are for old men and raised white letters are for rookies.
