They show their Alt belt in front of the PS belt. On mine, the water pump pulley is agaist the pump so I am assuming they had a completely different balancer than I am using.

An idler for the AC belt is a nice idea because of the long run, but I haven't found it necessary on mine.
I wanted to mount the Ac compressor as low as I could on the 292 so I used a External coil HEI. Maybe too low. I still have to take the belt off and raise the compressor to get the cap off.
Nice turbo setup.
When I find which shelf I stuck my A/C belt on, I will take pics. But as far as the alt and P/S belt I have mine ran exactly as you do If you adjust your alt and p/s pump correctly with the spacers pushing the alt away from the engine block further, you can obtain enough drive surface on the alt.
