Rods57, thank you. I love the looks of the cover also. I TIG welded another frame for my buddy bill for my old 1940 ford truck that he bought from me. I also have another one to build for another guy I met at the street rod show in the future. It is for a really nice AD truck.

Well I have been cutting on the truck. I have both cowls welded in. The drivers side I am not pleased with because the inner to outer cowl I think was not welded together right. I naturally did not notice that the bottom angled down to the running board like it did till it was welded in . So I think I will remake that lower section. No big deal just pisses me off. Then I cut out the fire wall and I have it blanked out. I am using the stock c4 booster and master cylinder so I made the recessed panel for it. The fire wall will be paneled like the floor too. Along with the toe boards and the removable trans tunnel. It should look great.
