What would be your cost rebuild vs new? If all the hinges are tight and theres no slop, it might just be a change out of springs. I had the whole driverside bedside from front to rear smeared with 1/2 of bondo. So your 2x2 fix was impressive to me. I just changed the whole bedside. Keep up the great work.
