The rockers are parallel with the ground, the opening above the front tire to fender opening gives the illusion of it raking up at the front. Might also look at lower profile tires on the front, those look like 70 series. Going to a 60 series will reduce the diameter almost 2 inches. going from 70 to 50 series reduces the diameter 3.7" I have a set of excel files I made for 15-22 in diameter wheels with 215 to 355 width and .85 to .50 aspect ratios so I could look at width and diameter combos. If anyone is interested message me with an email address and I can send them. Also FWIW my daughter and I are going to look at a 64.5 mustang tonight. We restored a 67 together when she was in high school (20+ years ago) and she is now in a place she wants to get another one.
