Crank was polished (it was not turned) - it had 140k on it when I yanked it in favor of 3.75" stroker.
Block probably was line honed at one time or another. Crank turns very nicely with bearings configured in original post. It is a budget build - just tossing new bearings and rings and put it back into service.
