I'd definitely recommend at least 6 valves. 4 can lead to a lot of air transfer when cornering...you can also add ball valves as a cheap way to prevent air transfer/body roll but you'll have to open/close them manually...
3 gallon won't give you much air...5 is better but 3 can work...just will mean the compressors will run more...
