Well the verdict is in. After chasing theories,removing and reinstalling the LEDS, the wiring and the flasher, I gave up and called the supplier, Rod Worx. Ken asked me a lot of questions, then had me remove the LEDs, and reinstall the 1157 bulbs. Then he had me pull the headlight switch one click to the parking lights and tell him which filament was burning. The short one was burning. He said the long filament is the parking light and should be the one that is burning.He said reverse the wires feeding the turn signal/parking lights and I'll bet your problem goes away. He was RIGHT. I cut the wire in the harness going to the plug and reversed the wires on each turn signal. This was a new wiring harness and new turn signals both from LMC trucks and there is only one way to plug them together. Obviously one of them (the signals or the harness) were wired wrong. Now all lights work correctly. Woo Hoo!
