All are great answers and after reading through them, it confirms what my first thoughts were when I took the pic, drove off and thought " cool truck, needs a lot". Thanks for everyone's input! The owner isn't in a hurry to sell it as he is tinkering as he goes so a $3,000 offer didn't buy it. Probably for the better
