Bought this lifted '69 Chevy C10 gone K10 Stepside as a running project to work on in my spare time. Well as it turns out, whoever decided to lift this poor truck didn't take into consideration how many parts it could potentially screw up, and now the truck recently doesn't want to stay in PARK and always hops into REVERSE upon starting. I was told the 3 or 4" body lift kit was more than likely the main problem. I found a $40 adjustable linkage kit (7-24") from Brothers classic truck parts, and wanted some feedback from you guys if maybe that's the correct step to take towards fixing the issue. Any takers?
