New ventilation control panel and the blower works again on all speeds!
Also, apparently when I was working on the wiring, I got the brake relay plugged in backwards so my cruise control wasn't working. Apparently neither we're my brake lights! But I got both the brake light and cruise working. Just glad know one rear ended me while the lights weren't working.
